Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Lumnon AI, which is operated by Infyon Innovations ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use it on behalf of a business, you agree on that business's behalf.

Your account

• Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep your password to yourself.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done with API tokens you create.
• You must be 18 or older to hold an account.

Plans and credits

• Writing is paid for in credits. The cost of each piece depends on the work done — the format, the depth you choose and the AI models used — and an estimate is shown before you start.
• A plan includes a monthly allowance of credits. Unused allowance expires at the end of each billing period.
• Credit packs you buy separately do not expire, and are used only after your monthly allowance runs out.
• If a piece fails part-way, the stages that were completed are charged, because the AI providers have already been paid for them. See the refund policy if you think a charge is wrong.
• Prices are shown in Indian rupees on the pricing and billing pages. We may change prices; a change applies from your next billing period, not to one you have already paid for.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not see or store your card or UPI details; we receive only whether a payment succeeded and its amount.

What you may not use it for

You may not use Lumnon AI to create or attempt to create:

• anything illegal, or anything that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights;
• content that sexualises minors, promotes violence or self-harm, or harasses, threatens or demeans people;
• deliberately false or misleading content meant to deceive — fake reviews, impersonation, disinformation;
• spam or bulk messages sent without consent.

Submissions are checked automatically before any writing starts, and we may refuse any request. Refused requests are recorded so we can see patterns of misuse. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

What you create

• The text written for you is yours to use, to the extent the law allows.
• AI-written text can be wrong. Check facts, figures and claims before you publish or send anything — you are responsible for what you publish.
• Do not put other people's personal information into the service unless you have the right to.

The service

Writing is produced by third-party AI providers. We work to keep the service available and accurate but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw features. We will tell you in advance of changes that materially affect a plan you are paying for.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time. A plan paid month by month simply ends when the paid month does — see the refund and cancellation policy. To close your account and delete its data, write to us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or fails to pay.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell account holders about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India@if ($legal['jurisdiction']), and the courts of have jurisdiction over any dispute@endif.
