Privacy policy
Last updated 12 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data Lumnon AI collects, why, and what you can do about it. The service is operated by Infyon Innovations, which is responsible for your data.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and a scrambled (hashed) copy of your password.
- What you write with us: titles, the details you type into each format's form, any text you paste in, and the pieces written for you.
- Usage and billing records: which pieces were written, the credits they used, and your payments' amounts and status. We never receive your card or UPI details.
- Technical data: IP addresses and browser details in server logs, and a session cookie that keeps you signed in.
Why we use it
- To provide the service: to write what you ask for and keep it in your Library.
- To bill you correctly and keep payment records.
- To keep the service safe: submissions are checked for prohibited content before any writing starts, and refused requests are recorded.
- To answer your support requests, and to tell you about changes to the service or these policies.
Who it is shared with
- AI providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI and Google) receive what you submit, so they can write it. The automatic content check also sends your submission to OpenAI.
- Our payment provider, to take payments.
- Our email and hosting providers, to send you emails and to run the service.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and your Library for as long as your account is open. Pieces you delete are removed. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Records of refused requests are kept for safety. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have your account and its data deleted — including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Write to us using the details on the Contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect forms from misuse. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Children
The service is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, the date at the top will change, and we will tell account holders about significant changes.
