Delivery

Last updated 12 October 2026

Lumnon AI is an online service. Nothing is shipped: everything you buy is delivered to your account straight away.

Plans

When a plan payment succeeds, the plan and its monthly credit allowance are applied to your account immediately, for one month from the time of payment. You can start writing right away.

Credit packs

Purchased credits are added to your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Written pieces

Each piece is written online and appears in your Library when it is ready — usually within a few minutes, depending on the format and depth you choose. You can copy it or download it as a Word document, plain text, Markdown or HTML.

If something has not arrived

If a payment succeeded but your plan or credits do not show within a few minutes, write to us using the details on the Contact page with the payment reference, and we will put it right.
